转化糖浆
今年决定试做月饼,第一步是先做转化糖浆。第一次的糖浆失败了因为煮的时候火候有点大,过热了导致冷却了的糖浆会变硬。好,那就再做多一次,这次尽量用最小的火(快扑灭的火来煮糖浆),我成功了。
