烧肉

今天从“简易食谱”那里学了怎样做烧肉,这道肉也算是老公最爱吃的。我做的烧肉味道跟以前在马来西亚吃过的很想,但是就是那个猪皮不知道什么原因烤得很“硬”(咬到牙齿也会掉。。哈哈 ^@^)。
